Delivery and collection

We deliver across South Africa by courier, and you can collect your order from our store in Amalgam, Johannesburg.

Delivery costs

The delivery fee for your address is calculated at checkout before you pay. Any free delivery offer is shown in your cart and at checkout.

When your order ships

Orders for items in stock are usually packed and handed to the courier within one to two working days after payment reflects. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

• Johannesburg, Pretoria and other main centres: usually one to three working days after dispatch.
• Regional and outlying areas: usually three to five working days after dispatch.

Courier times are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes or public holidays. We send you the tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Collecting your order

Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready. Bring your order number and ID. Collection address: 119 Industrial Road, Amalgam, Johannesburg.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel before you sign for it. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the courier’s delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
