Information officer

Requests for access to records should be sent to the information officer at the email address above.

Records we hold

• Company records: statutory documents, registrations and policies.
• Financial and tax records.
• Customer records: orders, invoices, correspondence and delivery information.
• Supplier and service provider records.
• Personnel records.

How to request access

Complete the prescribed request form (Form 2, available from the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za) and email it to the information officer. A request fee may apply as prescribed. We will respond within 30 days.
