Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website from Xtrinix. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an item you ordered was priced incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

3. Orders

An order is accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed it by email. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will offer an alternative or refund you in full.

4. Product information and compatibility

We take care to describe products and list compatible printers accurately. Printer compatibility lists are a guide; if you are unsure, contact us with your printer model before ordering. Product images may differ slightly from the item supplied. “Original” cartridges are made by the printer manufacturer; “generic” and “premium generic” cartridges are compatible cartridges made by third parties. Brand names are used only to identify compatibility.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our delivery policy. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered or collected.

6. Cooling off, returns and warranty

Your rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and the Consumer Protection Act are not affected. See our returns policy and warranty.

7. Business customers

Businesses may add a company name and VAT number at checkout, and a tax invoice will be issued in that name. Account terms and bulk pricing are agreed in writing.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
